The Bears and visiting Holmes Bulldogs played 110 minutes Thursday afternoon with the game ending in a 1-1 tie.

The Bears took a 1-0 lead at the 78:08 mark when Marcelo Carias fired the ball into the goal. Stephon Walker provided the assist.

The Bears' lead was short-lived, however, as Holmes tied the contest at the just over a minute later.

Neither team was able to score in the two overtimes leaving them deadlocked.

The Bears will return to the pitch Sunday afternoon at 3:00 when they host the Indians of Itawamba.
